Founder

Yeow Boon Ng is the Founder of Axxiora Advisory, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in national security, public safety, and science & technology. He advises governments and organizations on emerging technologies, innovation strategy, and capability development.

Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive (Development) of the Home Team Science & Technology Agency Singapore, the world’s first science and technology agency dedicated to homeland security. He led the development of advanced capabilities across AI, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering systems.

Yeow Boon began his career with the Singapore Police Force, where he held senior leadership roles in policy, legislation, joint operations, and technology strategy. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) and the Singapore Police Service Long and Good Service Medals.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore Business School, holds an MBA from Babson College, and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
